Southwark's Kerbside and Walking Strategies We are working as part of the in-house team, working on the development of the kerbside and walking strategies, including the engagement and consultation programme.

Southwark's Cycling Strategy  We worked as part of the in-house team at Southwark Council on their award winning Cycling Strategy. A different approach was applied in developing, writing and consulting on the strategy to ensure greater community ownership. VeloCittà This EU project will improve cycle hire operations and marketing campaigns in six cities. We are working as part of the in-house team, advising the cities on their marketing campaigns and developing a campaign for Southwark Council in partnership with Transport for London and Lambeth Council. Hackney Council cycling events We worked with Hackney Council on their annual 2015 Cycling Conference and the exclusive screening of the BFI's new DVD On Yer Bike.

The Big WOW (Walk Once a Week) This campaign was a London 2012 Inspire Project developed in partnership with Living Streets and Transport for London. Key stakeholders included all 33 London boroughs, Walk London, Change 4 Life, Ramblers Association and London 2012. The campaign was aimed at promoting walking to school, with lesson plans for teachers and activities across London.

London Cycle Challenge We were involved with developing this online and social media challenge that aimed to increase cycle trips throughout June.

Tweed Run We assisted the organisers of the Tweed Run with their stakeholder engagement and route development.

Walk Cycle Reward This campaign was developed for Smarter Travel Sutton to promote walking and cycling to the local shops. Partners included local businesses who gave a 10 per cent discount to all people walking and cycling

Wheels and Heels In partnership with London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Hackney Council, we organised a fashion show as part of London Fashion Week. The event put models on bikes in an open air catwalk on Columbia Road and aimed to address the negative image of cycling.

Sunday Cycle Picnic In partnership with Hackney Council, Bobbin Bicycles, Cycle Chic and Sawako Furuno we organised an event to promote cycling to the local community in a fun, informal way.

Community consultations We have worked on large scale community consultations, including the London Overground Phase 2 and Southwark Council Cycling Strategy consultation.

Monitoring We have developed standardised monitoring systems for behaviour change projects.

Policy We have developed policies for various councils in London and internationally for cycling, walking, places of worship, bulky goods, affordable housing and urban design.
